AliceDeck is a software and services provider. We are not a registered investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, or broker-dealer in any jurisdiction, including under SEBI (India) or the SEC/FINRA (United States). Nothing on this site, in our strategy packs, or in the OpenAlice software constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Substantial risk of loss

Trading equities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange and commodities carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Automated and AI-driven trading can amplify both gains and losses, and can fail in unexpected ways. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance and backtested results do not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Bring-your-own-keys — we never custody your funds

AliceDeck does not hold, manage, or have access to your money, your brokerage account, or your private keys. OpenAlice runs on your hardware or VPS, connects to your broker and AI provider accounts using your credentials, and every order requires your explicit approval. We do not execute trades on your behalf and do not pool or manage client assets.

Open-source attribution (AGPL-3.0)

AliceDeck is an independent commercial service layer built around OpenAlice, which is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). AliceDeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenAlice authors. In accordance with the AGPL, the complete corresponding source code of any modified OpenAlice components we operate or distribute is made available to users; request access at legal@aiskillhub.info. Strategy packs sold by AliceDeck are original works and configuration content authored by us.

Refunds

Strategy packs are digital goods delivered immediately on payment and are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law. Done-For-You Setup is refundable in full if we are unable to deliver a working installation; once the handover call is completed the engagement is considered fulfilled.

No warranty

All software and content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetDeaddicted LLC and AliceDeck accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the software, the strategy packs, or our services.
